The Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang, will leave for Beijing this evening (March 2) to join the Chief Executive for meetings with relevant central ministries.

Mr Yang will return to Hong Kong on Friday night (March 4). In his absence, the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Dr David Chung, will act as Secretary for Innovation and Technology.
