The Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang (10th right), officiates at the Po Leung Kuk S F Lee Creative and Technology Education Development Fund Kick Off and Plaque Unveiling Ceremony today (August 31). Other officiating guests include the Chairman of the Po Leung Kuk, Dr Eleanor Kwok (10th left); the Donor of the Fund, Mr Lee Shu-fook (ninth right); the Founder of the Fund and Advisor of the Po Leung Kuk, Dr Pollyanna Chu (eighth right); and other directors of the Po Leung Kuk. Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Mr Yang said that the Government will strengthen the current innovation and technology ecosystem in Hong Kong and enhance competencies of the youth of Hong Kong by putting forward relevant policies and nurturing talents.
