The Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang, will leave for Beijing this evening (December 4). He will call on the Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Wang Zhigang, tomorrow (December 5) and return to Hong Kong at night.

In his absence, the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Dr David Chung, will act as Secretary for Innovation and Technology.
